How Soon Do You Ship?
We start shipping subscription boxes within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Once your box is on its way, you’ll get a tracking email so you can follow your loot drop all the way to your doorstep.
For monthly subscriptions, new boxes typically ship at the beginning of each month — so you’ll never have to wait long for your next level-up!
How Do I Track My Crate?
As soon as your crate ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Just click it to see where your loot is in real time!
Can I Choose The Shipping Speed?
Currently, all subscription crates ship using our standard shipping option to keep costs low for every gamer. While we don’t offer express shipping just yet, we’re always working on new ways to get your loot to you faster!
Is There International Shipping?
Yes! We currently ship our crates to select countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location — you’ll see all available options at checkout before you complete your order.
Return Policy
What Is The Refund Policy?
We want every gamer to love their crate! If your box arrives damaged, missing items, or with a major issue, reach out to our contact page within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement item or a refund.
Because each crate is a limited-edition mystery box, we unfortunately can’t offer refunds or returns for simple change of mind after shipping.
Our goal is to make sure every unboxing feels like a win!
